“We used Smart House Extension to provide us with professional guidance, take our thoughts and turn them into clear plans which were then submitted to our local authority for planning permission. From the very outset we were hugely impressed by the support we received. Nothing was too much trouble and we always felt that someone was on the end of the phone or email to speak to us whenever we had any thoughts or questions. The plans were clear and fitted exactly with our brief. The actual planning approval process could not have been smoother. We were granted permission ahead of our anticipated schedule and with almost no conditions - we got everything that we had hoped for when we began the project. Smart House Extension were very helpful recommending other professionals to manage different aspects such as a structural engineer and building inspector. We haven't begun the building phase yet but we are well set for that to begin. Many thanks to all the team for your support. “We wanted to completely reconfigure the ground floor of our house and partvof our upstairs. We were very impressed with the professional service we received from Turley & Young. Their questions and suggestions were very good. The drawings, right through to the Building Regulation drawings and electrical requirements, were excellent and covered every aspect of the changes.
