“I met Teresa Simpson, the owner of MidCoast Home Designs, while trying to purchase and renovate two properties in Jefferson, Maine. She was courteous, prompt in her responses, offered me a discounted price on her services to meet my needs and gave me referrals to other contractors in the area. She also took valuable time out of her day to look at them in anticipation of timely completion of the plans.
