“We used John to conceive, design and manage a total gut rehab of a garage apartment in St. Petersburg. His expertise and talents go far beyond just drawing up plans. He really made this space functional, inviting and a fun place to spend time for our friends and family, as well as enhancing its income generating potential as a rental unit. I have done several remodeling and addition projects on our residences over the years, but none went more smoothly and produced results I am as happy with as the project on which John worked. “This is a remodel with a building addition for a kitchen service areas. These plans and specifications also include a new outdoor walk in refrigerated cooler. The project also includes civil, parking and landscape design to the existing site. I am very pleased with all the excellent effort from Patty and her team members in completing this complex project. Construction will start in a few weeks and I am confident in our construction documents provided by RE&A as we move forward with breaking ground thru our final inspections.
