“dwell design began working for us on the extension and refurbishment of our new home after the plan drawing company we had initially been recommended totally let us down. By comparison Anthony and the team were thorough, interested, passionate and knowledgeable with much appreciated attention to detail. I felt that Anthony took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for in our home and tailored the plans to suit what we really needed, coming up with a design that worked for us. The final result is all we had hoped for and more and would not have happened without all the hard work from the dwell team. They have all been a pleasure to work with.”

“I had an idea in my head of the extension I wanted for my house but no idea of how to organise anything to make it happen. Ralph was recommended by a friend and gently led me through the process. Ralph organised the surveyor, made lots of constructive suggestions, produced excellent drawings and very quickly secured planning permission for me. There was little for me to do except decide what design I wanted. Ralph Kent is a brilliant architect but it is all the product ideas he comes up with and his organising skills that get the job done.”

“From beginning to end of our project Martin Ralph Architects were professional, considerate and creative. Their team were always available for advice or comment and we are 100% pleased with the final design. The finished product is a home we are proud of and which uniquely blends with the mature conservation area it sits within, yet, incorporates contemporary features that are both subtle and stunning. Visitors and public repeatedly comment on its appeal and transformation. The overall project was a product of diverse input but conceptually our architect Olaf Olafsson was the major influence and the result is testament to his ability. We never plan to move again.”

“Alfie designed our garden room and office and took the project through the planning process. We are delighted with our new bespoke building that attracts so many positive comments from friends, neighbours and family. Alfie is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. His ideas to vault the ceiling and have an exposed beam running the length of the building just adds to the wow factor. Our project was very small compared to what Alfie usually does, however we were made to feel every bit as important as all the other projects Alfie was running at the time.”

“I engaged Mark and the LD&B team to convert my architect's planning drawings to detailed building regs plans for us to actually build from. They submitted for them inspection, got them approved, designed the foundations, recommended suppliers, advised on H&S / risk management and were there every step of the way as a sounding board / advisory service / shoulder to cry on from start to completion of my first build (as I had no prior knowledge). I couldn't have done it without them. Mark was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, responsive and always on hand to help with any queries or to discuss ideas. I felt that he went well beyond what I would have expected so I'm glad he was there to help.”
