“I’ve worked with this company a few times now and have been thrilled with all aspects of our dealings. We have had both basement conversion plans done (with building regs all sorted for us etc) and have had a ground floor extension planned, built and supported by the team. We’ve been so happy with the results of our extension and the space really has maximised our space and transformed our home. We found Spencer brilliant to work with. He’s always gotten to know exactly what we are looking to achieve and has listened to my crazy ideas, but then always come up with a way to achieve them (or he’s often come up with far better alternatives!) We’ve also had support from the company in the form of party wall representation when there was building work next to our house and this was a great comfort to know there was someone who took time to get to know our house so well and was there to ensure we remained protected throughout the experience. I really would highly recommend to anyone.”

“We are close to completing the build of our orangery, which was designed by EdgeAD. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism during the planning and design stage and their attention to detail has followed through into the build stage. They have even visited site from time to time to check progress and discuss details with the builder when necessary. During the design and planning stage EdgeAD controlled all of the necessary forms and paperwork required by the local council and building control etc. EdgeAD not only produced the necessary drawings at each phase of the planning and design stage but also produced 3D visual images including views of our garden from the inside of the proposed orangery. They have many useful professional and reliable contacts within the building trades. The glazing supplier for our build was recommended by EdgeAD and we are extremely pleased with the quality of that company. All in all we cannot fault their service and professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a professional architectural design service.”

“LSO were absolutely brilliant. We were renovating an old garage into a usable space. LSO came with a full team of architect, structural engineer and builder. They had creative vision and sympathetically renovated the building. The whole process was 'painless' which I am not sure most people can say about having building work undertaken on your house or property. They are delightful talented professionals and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We love the new space and it's all because of their hard work.”
