“I've had the privilege of working with John on several projects, all of which turned out exceptionally well due to his foresight during the design and planning process. John was able to ask the right questions to not only help the homeowner decide what they wanted, by also to help in the efficiency of the overall project, weather it be a new build or renovation. One of the key's to John's success is his construction background which in turn allows him to see the project from a builders perspective during the design process. As a General Contractor this is a huge benefit for both the client and the builder on any project. John also has the ability to create amazing 3D photo realistic renderings enabling the client to see the home before it's even built. I would recommend John to anyone he is a pleasure to work with.”

“This is our second remodel with REALM. We have used them to upsize as well as down size our homes. With both remodels, REALM was responsible for the architectural design as well as the interior furnishings. Before we started our project, we sat down with Jacques and Jackson and discussed our needs, our wants and how we live in the house. They listened to our ideas and then made suggestions. They have tremendous vision and creativity and were very sensitive to our timeframe and budget constraints. They were flexible enough to design in the field and still meet deadlines. Jacques and Jackson incorporated our old furnishings with new items and helped us achieve an intimate, sophisticated home that reflects our lifestyle and personality. We love our home inside and out!”

“Ron did a fantastic job with the design of a guest house for our property. He tied in the location, the layout and the over all theme of the existing home so that you would never know it was built years later. His attention to detail and being there for any follow up questions was fantastic. I have also toured other homes he has designed and was always impressed. “Gregg created our wonderful home. He was introduced to us by one of the really great interior design groups in the Phoenix area. We loved the display of work in his portfolio and his enthusiasm was infectious. What a great decision we made by hiring him. Gregg went far beyond our expectation as to performance. His ability to grasp our thoughts as to style and design was amazing. He hand drew colored elevations of every room in the house including exteriors. His end product exceeded all our expectations.
