“There are many reasons why we are glad we chose CplusC over other architects. Firstly, their natural and balanced aesthetic strongly appeals to us and we are genuinely pleased and impressed with the quality of the construction of our home. Secondly, and as importantly, CplusC are both designers and builders. This has the advantage of avoiding disagreements between architects and builders, which meant a less difficult building process and minimises the unexpected costs that inevitably arise. Thirdly, CplusC are environmentally clever designers and builders: they design to minimise wasted construction materials; and their design and the materials they used means our ongoing expenses are reduced (we only need to turn the heater on for three or so weeks in the year, and don't use air conditioning, instead enjoying cross-breezes). CplusC have built us a beautiful home that our children will grow up in and we are happy to recommend them.”

“We found Michael to be excellent. He was easy to work with and challenged us on our design. He was able to draw out why we had chosen certain elements and then proposed alternatives that enhanced many components of our build. We found him very generous with his outstanding knowledge, down to earth and very obliging. What a nice guy. Thank you Michael. Update Oct 2020 - Have contacted Michael this month to help with some DA issues that were not to do with his design or plans. He has helped us find others who can help with our issue immediately. “I engaged the services of Anna from Studio Urbo to assist us with renovation of our townhouse: two bathrooms, kitchen, study, and lounge room. Anna was professional, prompt and creative. She exceeded our expectations. She not only created new layouts, helped choosing modern materials, finishes, colours, and fitouts but also designed a kitchen that became more spacious than the original one and created more privacy in our lounge room – a result we thought was impossible without moving walls and breaking our budget. We are delighted with the end result and have no doubts recommending Studio Urbo.”

“We engaged Margaret Skilbeck to help us with a major renovation and extension of our family home in Warrawee. Architelle was recommended by a local builder who gave us the names of a few architects that work in the Area. He told me Margeret Skilbeck was conversant with Kuringai council regulations and her turnaround time in submitting work was also good. We were very happy with the design and final result. One of the best things we did was engage Margeret to supervise the building project which included weekly site meetings. it took away a lot of the stress involved in building work. She gave us very good advise along the way and helped in choosing materials and fittings. She was professional, capable, efficient and very pleasant and we have no hesitation in recommending Her. She was able to work well with the builders & coordinate the other professionals. Her fees were reasonable and good value.”

Dieppe Designs presented us with modern, efficient concepts that were flexible to our needs and budget.
