“Property team offered a competitive and modular pricing scheme to get through the planning stages from inception through to detailed plans. They've took over from a previous architect. Since then they've been out and took measurements and we've had Zoom/Teams calls to go through the design where we're able to add and remove items, talk through and visualise the options available. The guys are full of ideas and have a wealth of experience. On-line editing plans and spinning around the house in 3D view to see how things will look. Something our previous architect couldn't do. It's easier working with these guys remote than with someone who turned up and sat in our house. Looking forward to the revised plans being approved and getting into the detailed design.”

She is reliable, professional and very pleasant to work with. She worked closely with us to give us not only just what we wanted but also made valuable suggestions which proved to be a large benefit to the final scheme. KWA project managed all the building works as we had very specific requirements and wanted to use specialised contractors. “After a frustrating couple of years having several planning applications rejected we sought advice from the person who lived in a contemporary house we had often admired. It turned out that this was Matthew Wintersgill of W & M Architects. He went on to analyse the reasons why our applications had failed and we immediately felt he understood our requirements and how to have the design accepted by the local planning authorities. We therefore asked Matthew to design our house and he fortunately agreed. On completion we immediately won the Civic Society award and we remain delighted with the light, airy, low energy spaces that Matthew has created and considerate ourselves very fortunate to live in such a beautiful house.”

“Angie did a brilliant job at totally re-imaging our downstairs living space to transform it from very separate rooms, to a cohesive space fit for a young family still with individual purpose. She focussed on how we could maximise an unused side garden to be a useable, extension to the central lounge.
