“We were really delighted with the designs from the General Architecture company for remodeling our Edwardian house. Kevin and his colleague really listened to our needs and came up with a design that was in keeping with the age of the property that maintained original features, whilst incorporating our needs for fish tanks, bike storage, and light! The design also allowed completion in stages to minimise disruption for family life. Kevin was able to answer queries promptly and help with all aspects of the planning process. Highly recommended."”

“Matthew gives a very professional, efficient and very competitively priced service. We are turning a 2 bedroom terraced property into a 4 bedroom HMO with 2 en-suites with loft conversion. “Architect Garry Thomas provided an excellent service and did a great job designing our new house and getting it through the planning system. At the time he was working with another practice, and when he set up his own practice we had no hesitation to move with him as we were very happy with the services he provided. We would not have secured our planning permission without his determination, expertise and ability to present an overwhelming case to the planning department and planning committee. The end result exceeded our expectations. Garry always goes that extra mile to obtain the results required and expected of his clients. Took on board what I was after and suggested improvements where necessary. He went to a lot of trouble to find a first class builder for me who did the work in quick time and high quality and with only occasional input from me as the property was empty during the works.”

“We instructed David to obtain planning permission for a two story extension we needed due to our kids getting older and needing their own space. David came back to us with drawings quickly which we approved and were submitted to the council. They initially came back with objections which we weren't happy with and David built a case to object to them. They quickly came back with an approval, how we wanted the build after David presented evidence as why they couldn't impose the conditions. We are very happy with What David has done for us and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, prompt and thorough architect. Thanks David”
