“Rob Mutti designed and project managed the upgrade of our kitchen/living room, laundry and two bathrooms in 2012 - The house was built in 1995. The kitchen design reflected our requirements to ensure that all appliances were integrated and the space in the kitchen/living room was put to a better use - in essence the kitchen was to be a modern, clean and minimalist design, very functional and suited the requirements of a very high quality kitchen suitable for cordon-bleu cooking and dinner parties of up to 12 guests. The upgrade was also required to assist with selling the house in the next couple of years. We have really enjoyed the experience of this kitchen from a cooking,eating and family communication perspective. Large amounts of storage space have been created which enables food and cooking utensils to be easily organised and retrieved. The decor is spectacular with a fantastic splash-back at the back of the cook top together with a huge black granite stone bench top. We always use the breakfast/dining nook with bar stools at the far end of the bench top which is suitable for up to 4 persons. We have found Rob was able to listen and translate our concepts into reality and he provided good solid guidance to us, with options on what would or would not work. “I have known John for several years and decided to provide JPD Architecture with an opportunity to design, obtain planning permission and building regulation approval accordingly. My design criteria was extremely unique with specific requests relating to usability of open plan living with particular emphasis on the unique design and quality of workable details. My development criteria has always maintained the ethos and emphasis not only within desirable locations but the new homes must at all times be designed uniquely, totally individual and uncompromising for my specific requirements. Having over 30 years in the development industry it remains critically important to engage the correct team of professional consultants to enable satisfactory execution of my specific requests. I can not speak more highly of John, He proved to be very helpful and always accommodating. A true old school gent who never complained if my personal alterations to a detail etc was required. John concluded the requested alterations and issued the revised drawings pretty much immediately. Any structural bearing he issued and liaised with my structural engineers immediately. John's son Tim has also joined the practice proving to be a real asset. I myself was delighted with Tim's ideas and proposals especially his attention to detail of the internal feature lighting designs i had requested which was by no means an easy task. Together the project was hugely successful which achieved amazing results. The attached brochure will endorse my comments and sentiments further.
