She then went to work designing, modifying, and putting her unique stamp on the plan for our new home. “I am the Executive Chairman for our Sigma Chapter of the International Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta's Capital Campaign to raze and rebuild our chapter house at Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. We have hired Craig E. Dillon and his firm at AIA Architects to design our new chapter house and oversee its construction, which we anticipate beginning in May, 2018. We have known and worked with Craig as far back as 2005. We find him thorough, committed to the success of the project, easy to communicate with/a good listener, and up to date with technology within his field.”

He works with us on our home designs as a collaborator; ensuring we have energy efficient, cost efficient, liveable home plans. Mike is very knowledgeable and is the person we depend on when building codes change or code questions arise. I highly recommend Michael J Battaglia to anyone who needs a building design professional. As a reference to the kind of person he is, Mike donates hundreds of hours of his time working on the construction committee at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Dayton, keeping our plans current, code compliant, and making sure they blend with the architecture of the surrounding homes. “I would give this company ten stars if I could. We worked with James Construction multiple times in the past few years. They removed a wall between our living and dining room, remodeled our kitchen, and remodeled two bathrooms in total. Fantastic people to work with, very reasonable pricing, and the workmanship is excellent. They went above and beyond our expectations and made us wish we had more projects for them to work on.”

“They designed and made plans for a home that I am building. This included job site evaluation to assess grade all to the finer details of the home. I had some specific and challenging requests that they made work. They were creative in design and conscientious of monetary issues.
