“We couldn't recommend Steve Mitchell highly enough. He managed every aspect of the architectural side of our complete house renovation, from the initial drawings through to all amendments and final sign offs. Steve handled all communication with the council for both planning permission and building regulations, which took a huge weight off our shoulders! He was incredibly thorough and organised throughout the entire project. Steve also acted as the middle man between us and the contractors, making sure everything was clear, communicated well and everything ran smoothly. His guidance and attention to detail made such a difference and we always felt confident knowing he was overseeing everything. Steve is very professional, reliable and easy to work with, we received a genuine 5 star service from start to finish!”

“We initially contacted Francesco about the replacement of our kitchen and back extension. We were very keen to install an air source heat pump, heat recovery ventilation and insulation to transform the energy efficiency of our Victorian House. This ultimately led to a full refurbishment and retro fit of our home. Our house now only uses approximately a third of the energy that it did prior to the works. Francesco took on board all of our requirements but brought creativity and expertise. He considered every detail and helped rethink the use of spaces. Our stunning back room now has grandeur but still feels like a very comfortable living space. He has maximised the view of the garden and the outdoor space. He gently encouraged us to be bold in our choice of colours and surfaces and added warmth to our north facing house. It was very easy to communicate with Francesco, he always replied quickly to queries and kept us well informed at every stage of the build. Francesco also introduced us to Nathan Dew Ltd builders. The builders were excellent accommodating us and our cats as we lived on site during the build. Work was completed within budget. We would highly recommend Francesco and are delighted with the finished result.”

“Having seen a project Jolanta and Daniel had created for friends, we were so impressed we approached them to help modernise our home. We could not be happier. We are remodelling our kitchen, dining room, family room, study and main reception alongside a bathroom. For us, it is a huge project but Jolanta has ensured we stay focussed, working along side us throughout the project. There is a process of getting to understand wants, needs and style preferences. Once this is clearer, plans are drawn up and Jolanta prepares visuals so that you get a real understanding of how the space will look. Jolanta has worked with us on architectural and interior design, planning permissions, sourcing builders and building control officers as well as helping us implement all the works even down to helping us choose soft furnishings. Jolanta is meticulous and has a real attention to detail. Nothing is too much trouble. I would have no qualms in recommending Studio 212 and have enjoyed working together. Thank you.”
