Coats Architecture is a Glasgow based architectural practice carrying out projects across Scotland and the north of England. Established by Bob Coats who has over 30 years experience in private practice and the property and construction sectors we offer a full range of architectural design and project management services from initial feasibility studies through to post contract appraisal. The overriding principle of our work is a strong understanding and development of client needs to achieve a design-led solution, married with sound construction knowledge. All work is given our closest attention regardless of size. Current projects range in size from small domestic extensions to a 10000sq.ft new-build factory building. Many of our projects involve working with listed buildings and we have a proven track record in delivering innovative and sensitive solutions to cater for our clients' requirements and budgets.
