“We moved into our home eight years ago with the plan to extend and remodel, but life got in the way after having a child. We always knew we wanted to make the house work better for our family, but couldn't find anything on the market that suited us. So, we decided to make our home work for us. Our main goal was to create more space downstairs, with a larger kitchen and an open-plan living area. We also wanted space for work and leisure, including a dedicated area for our daughter’s music practice. We found ProBuild360 through local ads and recommendations from friends and family. We were particularly impressed after seeing a neighbour’s renovation project and hearing how highly they spoke of ProBuild360. They were fantastic at visualising how everything would come together, even when we weren’t sure ourselves. The interior design team, led by David, was integral to the whole process. His confidence in his ideas and style convinced us of things we hadn’t thought about before. He kept us well-informed throughout, explaining every appliance and piece of furniture that would be installed. They even invited us to their showroom, which we were really impressed by. It gave us so many ideas, especially for the worktops and pantries we wanted in our kitchen. Knowing that these could be supplied and fitted through them was a huge bonus. The whole team, including Wes, Matt & Max was excellent. They kept us updated throughout the project. Whenever we had a question or wanted to make a change, they were always available and happy to listen and solve any issues we had. They were always just a phone call or WhatsApp message away, which was a huge difference compared to other contractors we’ve worked with. What we appreciated most was the teamwork between all the specialists—externals, interiors, and electrics. Everyone was on the same page, which made the project smooth and fluid. We could talk to one person about interiors, and they would know exactly what was going on with the electrics and externals. This collaboration made everything easier and more efficient. The end result has completely exceeded our expectations.”

“Embarking on our first ever extension and renovation, we were a bit apprehensive about managing the project so opted for a company (GEC Luxury) which included project management. So glad we did - no having to organise which people would need to be on site on which dates for which jobs, as Gary took care of all this. We were really pleased with the quality of the work done (rear extension, with a bedroom extension above one half of it and a balcony above the other; garage conversion; alteration of glazing for one of the balcony bedrooms; decoration; light fittings - I've probably missed a few things), and the care, consideration, skill and professionalism shown by all the team. Our preferred line of communication was via email, and this worked very well - we always had a response to our late-night emails within 24hrs, and all communication was very transparent. All of the on-site workers were also very clear with their communication and happy to answer questions when we were on site. They were also very tidy and friendly.
