Carolyn and I worked on many residential projects involving extensive renovations and additions. Our approach was always to work with the client's desire to upgrade an older property while maintaining the neighborhood character and scale. Sometimes this involved Craftsman detailing, sometimes a more traditional look. We also worked on the exterior renovation of an outdated 2 story office building which included a new restaurant.
