Our project was particularly difficult because our home is listed, we want a therapy pool for health reasons and we had already begun building the pool and ordered the enclosure before we instructed Dickinson Waugh. They have had to negotiate with planners on our behalf and construct drawings for a bespoke enclosure which meet the planners specific requirements in regard to the listing whilst we already had a clear picture of what we wanted. A 3 way negotiating process to satisfy all parties needs. They have done a lot of work, always been patient and courteous and explained clearly all the nuances. Thank you Bruce :).
