“Andy and Audrey are absolutely amazing and we cannot recommend them enough. When we got in contact with them we were in the process of buying a semi detached house that we wanted to completely re-model, adding a two storey extension and loft conversion. We had rung around a couple of architects and got a very “we have off the shelf designs that will work here” vibe. As soon as we spoke to Andy we knew we would be using Highline. Andy’s approach was so different to the other companies we had spoken to, he wanted to design something that worked specifically for us. He asked loads of questions to make sure he really understood what we needed from the house. When we were looking at drawings Andy has produced iteration after iteration of drawings, allowing us to arrive at the very specific final layout that maximised the space for us and our lifestyle. We were particularly delighted that Andy managed to find a design that included feature spaces from our inspiration board such as a book nook, even though they didn’t initially look possible. Andy didn’t stop until we had a design we really loved. Another great thing about working with Andy and Audrey was the excellent advice they gave us. After talking to them at length about how we planned to use the various rooms they helped us identify things that we thought we wanted but would end up being redundant. This in-depth consultation process helped us optimise the design and save money in the build. We can’t wait to finish our build and we know we couldn’t have done it without Andy and Audrey. They are amazing architects; you won’t be disappointed.”

“Our conversion of an old style kitchenette and DIY conservatory into a modern bright kitchen with an inside-out patio and floor was tricky. However, TTS came up with several brilliant solutions that were both practical and innovative in their design. Not only that, but they were a joy to work with - really nice people. What came across to me was their in-depth professionalism. If you are looking for a team that don't deal in the mundane then I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. In choosing them we were conscious of price, but we also wanted architects we could trust and who seemed to be keen on the job. I have had terrible experiences with architects in the past, not being able to get a hold of them for weeks and so on. When TTS came round to assess and bid for the job, they took more time than anyone else, asked more questions, and made more suggestions. Most of the others turned up, listened for a few minutes, had a quick squint at the site, and then headed off as quickly as they could. We now have a stunning development that has added tens of thousands to the value of our home as well as giving us a fantastic space to live in. I suppose the acid test was that our 20 year old daughter was incredibly keen to invite round all her pals for food!”
