Review Me
Nr West Malling, Kent
hales marshall design architects are a small architectural practice based in Kent and our work is throughout South London and the South East. We are registered as a RIBA Chartered Practice and specialise in residential projects from small extensions, major refurbishments to new builds. We work at a variety of scales and enjoy interior design, new build and refurbishments where each project is individual and produces new challenges - we seek to release the potential from every project. The company was founded by Sarah Marshall and Robert Hales in March 2009. Sarah studied Architecture at Manchester and Kingston University qualifying in 2001. Robert studied Physics at Edinburgh University before starting Architecture at the Bartlett, UCL qualifying in 2003. Sarah worked for a year in Paris before completing her training in London at Littman Goddard Hogarth and more recently working at Sturgis Associates, and Stephen Turvil Architects in East Dulwich. Robert has worked for Sturgis Associates, Nicholas Hare Architects and Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands. Robert’s experience is more commercial, with broad experience in offices, education and new build schemes, he was employed by LOCOG as part of the design team woking on the Olympics. Sarah enjoys interior architecture and residential projects, designing spaces that are practical, bespoke and beautiful.
