Haus Ltd is an RIBA chartered practice which combines architectural expertise and state of the art technological solutions to produce low energy, highly sustainable homes to suit individual client budgets. Each of our houses is designed to the highest specification to reduce running costs and maximize environmental performance. We have intimate knowledge of the Code for Sustainable Homes and, wherever possible, aim to achieve Passivhaus standard with all of our projects using a range of renewable energy sources, highly insulated walls and precision construction. Haus offers a “one-stop-shop” for clients, acting as architect and management contractor, guiding them seamlessly through three distinct stages: Stage 1 - Concept design developed in collaboration with the client to produce the required accommodation and desired aesthetic within the stated budget. Planning application submission and monitoring. Stage 2 - Detailed design including sustainability assessment and structural calculations followed by building regulations application and fixed price. Stage 3 - Construction including site preparation, pre-cast concrete basement, timber frame superstructure, services and internal fixtures and finishes. 10 year structural warranty.
