“We are delighted with the work that Davey Stone Associates have done for us, and we would highly recommend them to others. They have designed a two-storey extension, garage conversion and garden redesign. Spencer Davey and Alex Joel worked very hard to fulfil the brief and came up with lots of initial designs to choose from - including many creative solutions that had not occurred to us. We went through an iterative process to come to a final design that we were happy with. They went through multiple reviews of the designs with us and they were happy to change things as our ideas and perspective developed. They were very patient when we were uncertain about our own choices. Particularly, when we took time to respond, having three young children and busy jobs in the mix. They tailored their services to take us through each stage of the process. Most importantly, they dealt with all the unfamiliar tasks such as the Planning Application and interactions with the Council, Structural Engineer, Building Inspector, and so on. During the build, they provided on-going input and trouble-shooting. They showed real enthusiasm to see the project go well and reach completion. They have shown a level of professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness that is exactly what we wanted and needed. We recommend them without reservation.”

“We would highly recommend Orange Design as they were fantastic for our first time working with architects and also having building work done on our house. Jake initially took us through the process on a call so we knew the different stages and what to expect. We knew roughly what we wanted but having Anna design a few options for us was really helpful to see and gave us a great idea of the space. It was good to get their view on it. We just went ahead with building work on the basement, turning it into a useable kitchen space with an extension too. They also put together designs for an attic conversion and this made us excited for what we could achieve up there and their ideas on utilising the space were fab. Orange also recommended us the builders and building inspectors too which we’ve also been impressed with. The build is now complete and we’re so happy with how it’s turned out. Thanks to the team!”
