“Excellent architectural & planning service. We used TMDB for the architectural and planning of our prohect including a loft conversion, 6 meter extension and outbuilding. Peter and james were excellent throughout professional and clear in explainning the process. The drawings were completed quickly and they made tye planning process straightforward and easy to understand. Our applications were submitted under Permitted development. We initially faced a refusal relating to the 6 metre rear extension following neighbour objections but Peter, James and the TMDB team guided us throughthe next steps and put together a strong case to address the planning issues. In the end, they successfully managed to get the full 6 metre extension approved, which we were very pleased with. Communication on the planning side was good, and overall we were very happy with how the architectural and planning application was handled. We would happily recommend them for architectural drawings, planning applications and residential projects.”

“We couldn’t recommend Home Republic highly enough. They were responsible for both the design and build of our family home in Chiswick, which involved a huge renovation, and from the very beginning right through to completion, they were absolutely fantastic. One of the things that stood out most was how smoothly Home Republic managed the entire process. From the initial design through to the build and finishing touches, we always felt that we were in safe hands. They were professional, organised and incredibly efficient, while still being approachable and genuinely invested in creating the home we wanted. A particular highlight was the communication throughout the project. Andrii, our site manager, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly responsive, always approachable and kept us informed every step of the way. There was also complete transparency around the budget, which gave us a huge amount of confidence throughout the build. The quality of the workmanship and the standard of the finished product were equally impressive. Everything has been delivered to a really high specification, with a clear focus on quality and attention to detail. The suppliers and tradespeople recommended by Home Republic were also excellent, and having that trusted network made such a difference to the overall experience. We felt that everyone involved shared the same high standards and took real pride in their work. Another thing that really impressed us was the way the team managed the relationship with our neighbours. They were considerate and respectful throughout what was inevitably a disruptive project, and they built a genuinely good rapport with them. Even after we moved in, we’ve had a number of compliments from our neighbours about how great the Home Republic team were, which we think speaks volumes about the way they conducted themselves throughout the build. And then, of course, there is the most important part: we absolutely love our home. The finished house is everything we hoped it would be. The specification, design, finishes and attention to detail are all exactly what we wanted, and it genuinely feels like the home we set out to create. We’re incredibly happy with the end result and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Home Republic. If you’re considering a renovation or a major building project, we would wholeheartedly recommend them.”

“We had a very good experience working with the architects on one of our latest projects at Herbert Rd. Friendly but very professional.”
