“Over the last few months, I’ve had a full house refurbishment and loft extension completed by Bespoke Living AIC, and it has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. The project began with their live design session, where Brian came to my home, carried out a detailed survey, and created proposed plans for me on the day. This instantly helped me visualise what was possible and made such a difference in bringing the project to life right from the start. After that, I began working with their interior designer, Megan, who has been brilliant. She’s friendly, approachable, and took the time to really understand my needs and ideas. Megan listened carefully to how we live as a family and transformed our vision into a design that blended style and practicality beautifully. Throughout the process, she’s guided me through different design schemes, sourced samples, and talked me through every option in detail during virtual meetings. It has all been such a smooth and enjoyable journey. The level of care and attention to detail from the whole team has been remarkable, everything has been tailored perfectly to our lifestyle. I’m beyond happy with how the project is coming together and can’t wait to enjoy the finished home. “This was our first experience of a renovation project and at the start seemed quite overwhelming - design, planning permission, party wall agreements, structural engineers, the list goes on! Tom was recommended to us and we are so pleased he was as we would not have navigated our way through the process as smoothly without him.
