Paul Swinney is an architect with ideas and proposals that generate the wow factor. In the past we have used architects that have turned out to be nothing more than draftsmen. I was genuinely impressed with the scheme Paul drew up for us. He listened to our requirements, created something which was not only practical but aesthetically pleasing...and then navigated us through the planning permission labyrinth, dealing with some challenging neighbours' concerns along the way!
