“GEC Luxury Design & Build came highly recommended to us for our ground floor extension and transformation of our house near Market Bosworth. From our first meeting with Gary, we immediately got a sense of professionalism and attention to detail. The subsequent quote was very comprehensive and at a fair price for what was being proposed. During the build process we found the whole GEC team to be highly skilled and experienced, with most having worked together for GEC for many years. Extremely polite, respectful, affable, punctual, reliable and tidy - always cleaning up thoroughly by the end of each day. The build quality and finish is simply superb - no complaints whatsoever. During any project of this scale, there are bound to be unforeseen curveballs that crop up, but the GEC team just dealt with them in such a calm and effective manner, it really filled us with confidence. Also; the project management and communication by Gary was outstanding, with fortnightly updates on progress and stage payments. GEC offer a complete service with all the various different trades people working through them, so you always know you have just one point of contact.
