NEV Architects is a small practice, based in Glasgow. I offer a range of design service to meet individual requirements of every customer, from an Advice and Concept Design to full Project Management. First meeting with no obligation and completely free of charge. Free Individual Quote! Design Services: •Service 1 is for colour and design Analysis/Advice for the Room Scheme and includes a Design Pack -unrolled walls with colours/patterns, mood board and design inspiration •Service 2 is for selection and procurement of specific goods for the Room Scheme and includes: Analysis/Advice and Concept Design -sketch plans, space planning, unrolled walls, lighting project, furniture, details, arts, crafts, 3D model •Service 3 is for full Project Management to completion -to oversee and implement the Concept Design A Room Scheme is classified as a hall, stairs and landing ,one functionally single room or two rooms which are one (it means they are functionally connected, for example a Kitchen/Dining Room or Living Room/Dining Room). Analysis/Advice of the Room Scheme can include colours, wallpaper, flooring, furniture suggestions etc. on design level. The first meeting is free and with no obligation (this is your chance to discuss the project and your needs). If you are happy to proceed to Service 1, there is an advance payment before the start of any design work. Alternatively, if you simply want a Colour Scheme Advice: This is where I suggests paint colours that are suitable for a particular room, taking into consideration the lighting, the tones and any existing items to bring the look together. Colour Scheme Advice is for Rooms only (Living Room, Bedroom, Staircase, Hall, Corridor) Kitchen and Bathroom need a project, because due to fittings, fixtures and equipments, they require special attention. After Colour Scheme Advice you can ask for an Advisory Service to help you choose particular products and items. It is an hourly fee Service.
