“The whole process of visualising a kitchen/family room/diner when all I could see was bricks, soil and dangling wires was made 100% easier after getting in touch with Karen. Having two small children, the prospect of getting to grips with the possible layouts, how the space would work and what was even possible, without having to have numerous meeting was a Godsend. Karen was always quick to reply and advise. Whether this was late at night or over the weekend. We quickly decided on the possible layouts after being given three 2D plan drawings. These then progressed to 3D CAD images which made it immensely easy to see how our space would work and look. What has proven most difficult, is my husband and I agreeing on what we should put on the walls! If we are ever in the position where we are redesigning a space, I wouldn't hesitate to get back in touch.”

“We have started our project with different vendors (builders and architect meetings) and someone introduced “The Market Design & Build” company to us for our rear and first floor extension plans. That’s the day our first meeting with the Market Design & Build company turned down to be the final decision to hand over the full project to them, they have given in days the quotations and most important Architecture drawings special thanks to James he has done an astonishing job not only in designing the house, but also helped us during the entire 2D/3D drawings of the house. I will always and happily recommend The Market Design & Build Company who are looking from start to end services under Universal Construction services to build their stunning house.”
