They have maintained our brief from the outset but have also been very adaptable in design development to suit our requirements as needed. Everyone in the team has been easy to work with and we were able to start our construction works on time despite planning permission and a tight timeline.”

“Cannot recommend Home Republic enough. We aren’t local to London and were very nervous as it was our first extension and have heard about some terrible builder horror stories. We were also let down countless times by other builders. We feel very lucky to have stumbled across Home Republic who put us as ease and were nothing but honest from the very start. Everything was outlined and explained clearly at the beginning. Their builders were on site working hard every day for 12 weeks, we only received phone calls for clarity on what we wanted. The rest we left in their hands, happy to be guided by their experience and we could not be more satisfied with the result. Our project manager, Alex, was absolutely incredible - efficient, knowledgable and extremely experienced. The whole team themselves were lovely to work with and be around- we even had praise from our neighbours who called them ‘absolute professionals’. They are utter perfectionists, our extension has come out even better than we could have hoped and my home is completely transformed. Thank you so much again to the whole team”

“I would like to comment on the below 'review' by Gemma Browne. Whilst I have not worked directly with Model Projects I was engaged by Ms Gemma Browne and Mr Nick Moodie as their Interior Designer following on from Model Projects, and it was my recommended Contractor that took on their building works in SW2 As an independent interior designer with 20+ years in the industry I found my professional experience with these clients to be 'very difficult'. They raised disputes not just with Model Projects, but with myself, the Contractor, Trades and Suppliers and we all found that they consistently attempted to reduce their financial commitment for the payment of goods and services, despite being given huge goodwill gestures and considerable trade discounts. There are factual inaccuracies in the below review and unfortunately this client has not managed to maintain a respectful relationship with many of the professionals they engaged on their project. It would be fair to say that the below review can be disregarded as a small and petty attempt to damage a hard working small business reputation that all the other reviews show to be excellent.”
