“I was recommended JK Technical Services through a building contractor and could not be happier with the service he gave. From the very beginning he was very helpful and informative, always quick to respond when we had any questions. The work was completed within the timescale given and came in within the inital budget price given which we were very happy with. I would highly recommend Justin and should we need any drawings done in the future we would definitely be using JK Technical. Thanks for all your hard work.”

“Trevor Brown was a pleasure to work with. We started with a humble idea of replacing a structurally unsound kitchen with something a bit nicer, and he transformed the project into a fabulous piece of architecture. Trevor is knowledgeable, and has an ambitious attitude to even simple projects. By paying attention to both the structure and the details of the kitchen, Trevor created a space which is a beautiful space and also very functional. Trevor is a busy man, but he replied to emails, and answered the phone when we had queries. He worked well with the construction team and they were able to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems along the way. We exceeded the original budget, but that was at least in part because we chose more expensive options when Trevor offered us choices.”

“Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“Emilie helped us with the renovation of our newly purchased home and we were very satisfied with the end result. She helped us navigate through some difficult choices of decoration and painting, had great teams of builders/painters/electricians/plumbers etc and throughout the entire process she demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. Emilie was always very responsive to email, would answer very quickly to email and phone calls and would come on site a least once a day, sometimes a lot more. We had a good idea of what we wanted but she allowed us to translate them in clear instruction for the builders. Emilie also came up with some great additional idea to brighten the house. She was also able to help us to execute the overall restoration at a very good price. I would recommend Emilie to anyone looking to start a new project in London. She understand what you need and how much you can spend and will make your dream house become a reality”
