Building Design Professionals

“We couldn’t recommend Home Republic highly enough. They were responsible for both the design and build of our family home in Chiswick, which involved a huge renovation, and from the very beginning right through to completion, they were absolutely fantastic. One of the things that stood out most was how smoothly Home Republic managed the entire process. From the initial design through to the build and finishing touches, we always felt that we were in safe hands. They were professional, organised and incredibly efficient, while still being approachable and genuinely invested in creating the home we wanted. A particular highlight was the communication throughout the project. Andrii, our site manager, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly responsive, always approachable and kept us informed every step of the way. There was also complete transparency around the budget, which gave us a huge amount of confidence throughout the build. The quality of the workmanship and the standard of the finished product were equally impressive. Everything has been delivered to a really high specification, with a clear focus on quality and attention to detail. The suppliers and tradespeople recommended by Home Republic were also excellent, and having that trusted network made such a difference to the overall experience. We felt that everyone involved shared the same high standards and took real pride in their work. Another thing that really impressed us was the way the team managed the relationship with our neighbours. They were considerate and respectful throughout what was inevitably a disruptive project, and they built a genuinely good rapport with them. Even after we moved in, we’ve had a number of compliments from our neighbours about how great the Home Republic team were, which we think speaks volumes about the way they conducted themselves throughout the build. And then, of course, there is the most important part: we absolutely love our home. The finished house is everything we hoped it would be. The specification, design, finishes and attention to detail are all exactly what we wanted, and it genuinely feels like the home we set out to create. We’re incredibly happy with the end result and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Home Republic. If you’re considering a renovation or a major building project, we would wholeheartedly recommend them.”

“We worked with Aflux on a complete strip-out and renovation of an apartment we purchased in Paddington, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. As first-time renovators, we were looking to create what could eventually become our forever home. The Aflux team guided us through every stage of the journey, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and enjoyable. With both my wife and I balancing demanding corporate careers and a pregnancy, having Aflux as a single point of contact across the entire design and build process was invaluable. Their transparency throughout the project was exceptional, and we greatly appreciated the flexibility they showed in working within the constraints and requirements we set. We had a very clear vision for the end result, and there were moments when we were prepared to compromise. To their credit, the team continually pushed to find solutions that delivered the outcomes we really wanted rather than settling for second best. A special mention goes to Tomaz and his build team, who were outstanding throughout the project and delivered exactly what we were looking for.”

“We recently completed a side return extension on our Victorian terrace and had a fantastic experience working with Model Projects. They handled both the design and the project management, and we genuinely felt supported throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Sophie, who was our main point of contact. She guided us clearly through each stage, helped shape the design, and was always responsive and reassuring during the build. Her project management was exceptional and she repeatedly went above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. We are absolutely delighted with the final result. The space is beautifully designed, highly functional for our family, and has completely transformed how we use our home. We would readily recommend Model Projects to anyone considering an extension or renovation.”
