“Having gone through a difficult renovation in the past, we were apprehensive to start another project! This was until we met Michael, where we felt he had genuine interest and passion to make our project successful! Initially Micheal helped us get clarity on unknown risks, spending time discussing detail on the subject areas (unlike the previous ones that were rushing to give a quick quote and leave). Michael was happy to explore range of ideas, especially at the design phase where we were undecided with direction. We used his 3D virtual modelling service to experience the options which led us to make the right choices that in retrospect were correct key decisions. We used the full service from design phase, site supervision and aftercare! Michael sorted out the following: -sorted out the party wall agreements, re-assuring neighbours on their concerns and explaining the process in detail -planning permission and permitted development submission -created detailed project drawings (facilitating structural engineer calculations) -created tender documents of schedule of works for detailed contractor quotes -with the chosen contractor drew up a solid contract with the builders -making sure the builders were in line with design specifications whilst build in progress with frequent site visits -facilitated letters for permission to Thames for moving manhole outside extension boundaries -we utilised his contacts to source the Kitchen and Bathroom with really high quality finish saving valuable time of us doing extensive research, -track and certify payment for each of the stages Thoroughly happy with his services and very grateful he chose our project during a busy period, we can’t thank him enough!”
