Marco from RMF took care of the complete refurbishment of our flat in London. We cannot recommend him highly enough. He has supported us from the conceptual/design phase, through to the choice of materials and details, and has been following meticulously the execution of the project. He has been very attentive and patient in listening to our preferences as well as in showing us beautiful and smart new ideas. Marco’s professionalism, creativity and great communication/availability made it possible to achieve to the final result we wanted.

We have been working with RMF Studios for several years in different projects we have pursued at the Pelican Hotel, and they have exceeded our expectations. From concept design, planning applications, through to management during building works, the results have always been outstanding. We are very happy with the functionality and detailing in all spaces, extensions and items of furnishing they have designed for us. Amazing comapany, Marco and Jean very proffesional and reliable people. Did already couple of jobs for Antvic ltd such us : Lord Clyde ( 7 Flats) on SE8, The Hope project (9 flats) on Baterrea, Design on Whetstone Barnet (46flats 10 town houses) current project, couple of other small private flats and houses. Always on time and prices are reasonable.

We hired Marco to completely re-design and manage the construction of our 2-bed / 2-bath flat in Swiss Cottage. Marco came up with a fantastic layout design that maximised our flat's functionality (en-suite bath, walk-in robe, plenty of storage, built-in study, and hidden closet for the washer). He also implemented quite a few stylish features to the flat (e.g. restored fireplace, vertical artsy radiator, recessed ceiling lights, unfinished wood breakfast bar). the only negative point is, as usual with home constructions, this project with Marco also ran beyond the original timeline by ~1-2 months. Marco reimbursed us for two weeks rent, but we still moved into an unfinished flat with much of the living room still in construction site state (e.g. plastic coverings over the furniture, building supplies piled in the middle of the floor, open cabinets without doors). Other than that, overall, we were very happy with the ending result and have received many compliments for the flat.

I've used RMF studio in two properties already and I love the service and the outcome. I have recommended to friends that are also in awe with the results. Marco is a genius in finding creative space soluciones and efficiently managing contractors to deliver high level standards.
