“Excellent architectural & planning service. We used TMDB for the architectural and planning of our prohect including a loft conversion, 6 meter extension and outbuilding. Peter and james were excellent throughout professional and clear in explainning the process. The drawings were completed quickly and they made tye planning process straightforward and easy to understand. Our applications were submitted under Permitted development. We initially faced a refusal relating to the 6 metre rear extension following neighbour objections but Peter, James and the TMDB team guided us throughthe next steps and put together a strong case to address the planning issues. In the end, they successfully managed to get the full 6 metre extension approved, which we were very pleased with. Communication on the planning side was good, and overall we were very happy with how the architectural and planning application was handled. We would happily recommend them for architectural drawings,planning applications and residential projects.”

And then, of course, there is the most important part: we absolutely love our home. The finished house is everything we hoped it would be. The specification, design, finishes and attention to detail are all exactly what we wanted, and it genuinely feels like the home we set out to create.
