“Charn was brilliant in working with us to achieve the optimum design for our proposed extension, and then translating that into technical drawings. She also made the structural engineering collaboration and planning process seamless. We thoroughly recommend.”

“We initially contacted Francesco about the replacement of our kitchen and back extension. We were very keen to install an air source heat pump, heat recovery ventilation and insulation to transform the energy efficiency of our Victorian House. This ultimately led to a full refurbishment and retro fit of our home. Our house now only uses approximately a third of the energy that it did prior to the works. Francesco took on board all of our requirements but brought creativity and expertise. He considered every detail and helped rethink the use of spaces. Our stunning back room now has grandeur but still feels like a very comfortable living space. He has maximised the view of the garden and the outdoor space. He gently encouraged us to be bold in our choice of colours and surfaces and added warmth to our north facing house. It was very easy to communicate with Francesco, he always replied quickly to queries and kept us well informed at every stage of the build. Francesco also introduced us to Nathan Dew Ltd builders. The builders were excellent accommodating us and our cats as we lived on site during the build. Work was completed within budget. We would highly recommend Francesco and are delighted with the finished result.”

“We used Mark and his team for two full scale renovations and couldn’t be happier. We also recommended them to friends who were thrilled with the interior design of their house. Mark and his team, (in particular architect Michael Lawrence) did first rate work, designing spaces that were both beautiful but also perfectly functional and comfortable for our family. In both cases they created totally new layouts, optimizing space and views. They managed the construction process brilliantly, through meticulous planning and oversight of our builders, keeping the contractors to a tight schedule. Their interior design was very much in step with our wish list (they really listen to their clients) but a million times better. They literally reimagined empty, gutted spaces and transformed them into beautiful, airy, stylish and extremely functional homes, while being a lot of fun to work with. We recommend them with enthusiasm and gratitude. (Two projects done for us in 2017 and 2019 respectively. Friends’ house done in 2021).”
