The Home Shop was a perfect choice for us to design a garden room, then source and contract a contractor without the worry of finding a good builder on our own. My wife and I are new to Winchester and this was a major concern to find a good value, quality team who were part of Andy's preferred contractors that he has worked with in the past. The design iteration process with Andy was a great experience and his knowledge and relationship with the planning building works ensured a smooth start. We contracted The Home Shop for the design, planning approvals, contract specification and tender. A full service that includes project management of the build was also available.
