“Title: Exceptional Full-Scale Transformation – Aflux Turned Our Vision into a Timeless Masterpiece We cannot recommend Aflux highly enough. We presented them with a massive challenge: a 5-story house that had been lived in by the previous owner for 35 years. While the previous owner had made their own changes over the decades, the style was not ours at all. Aflux took the building back to its bare shells and rebuilt it piece by piece into the home of our dreams. The Ultimate One-Stop-Shop Aflux managed every single aspect of this complex build. They handled everything from the structural kitchen extension, windows, and doors to the high-tech infrastructure like AC, underfloor heating, and full home automation. Their bespoke joinery, furniture, and storage solutions are stunning, and they even sourced the perfect sofas, beds, and decorative textiles to complete the look. Design Meets Functionality As a family, durability and safety were just as important to us as aesthetics. Aflux delivered on all fronts. They created a space that is incredibly practical and child-friendly (including a playful, vibrant playroom) while maintaining a "magazine-house" aesthetic. The design is a perfect blend of modern and classic—timeless, bold pieces paired with natural finishes. Professionalism and Peace of Mind What sets Aflux apart is how they handle the "unseen" stress of a renovation: • Third-Party Management: They took care of all stressful applications and coordinated seamlessly with third parties. • Neighbor Relations: They were incredibly diplomatic, always finding the right balance and maintaining great relationships with our neighbors throughout the build. • Organization: They are the most organized and tidy building team we have ever seen. Even the site management and waste removal were handled with incredible neatness. A Personal Experience We felt so welcome at their cozy studio, where they guided us through fabric choices and colors. Shopping with them for flooring, countertops, and bathroom fixtures made the process enjoyable rather than overwhelming. Aflux didn't just renovate a house; they created a harmonious home that perfectly reflects our style. If you want a team that is professional, creative, and capable of delivering a flawless "turn-key" service, Aflux is the only choice.”

“We meet Sophie and James from Model Projects after meeting several other architects. We realised that they understood our tastes and what we were trying to achieve with our new extension. We liked their enthusiasm. James' design for the build fulfilled our brief, which had to include the height for a chandelier!! Model Projects also helped us through the torturous planning stages with Greenwich Council, and introduced us to several builders. We chose Profast, who were excellent. We felt supported by James throughout the build, especially when there were issues with the construction of the windows. We are very pleased with the final results and we would recommend Model Projects to anyone undertaking a similar project.”

“Karim was absolutely fantastic! From the get go, he was communicative, responsive, and friendly. After finding Stay Steel on Checkatrade, Karim expressed interest immediately and was able to come do a site visit within a few days. His floor plans were detailed and was happy to make minor edits. He was very knowledgeable and helped us at every stage of the project; finding a builder, applying for building notice, coordinating with the builder, and being on hand to answer any questions from building control. Karim was very reassuring throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend, thank you Karim!”
