Often you do not need a full set of drawings as some bespoke design-build contractors have their own in-house designers and a sketch plan can be used to brief them and agree a price. Sketch plans will be emailed over as soon as possible Prices start at £175 for an apartment design or one floor of a house, and £245 for a whole house. For anything else including a brainstorming session its £55 per hour.
