“Russell has been converting our house over the past 12 months. This is a full house renovation turning a 3 bedroom to a 5 bedroom house. Russell Hewes has excellently completed a loft and side return extension. They have also finished the interiors to a very high standard and their builders are consummate professionals - incredibly respectful, professional and friendly. We are delighted with the amazing job they have done and would strongly recommend them for anyone embarking on a major project where they want a high aesthetic finish and attention to detail.”

“I viewed the renovated property on the market (for sale) and was impressed with the quality of the workmanship and finish in the rooms. The additional rooms were a good size and in keeping with the rest of the house. The kitchen layout maximised cupboard space but still created a light and airy space. The bathrooms were finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend this team for your project.”

“Adam and his team are professional, extremely polite and very skilled. I have used them several times now. In my experience, they are happy to tackle jobs that others are too frightened to attempt. “From the moment that we first met Dean, he showed that, as well as having a highly professional approach to building, he also has a creative mind and an eye for detail that made him the completely obvious choice for our project. With incredible care and devotion, he and his team totally transformed our home over the course of 6 months, whilst we still lived there. We'd not been relishing the prospect of the disruption, noise and dust but everyone went out of their way to work around us wherever possible, thoughtfully prioritising our day to day life. Dean is a real perfectionist and employs only like-minded people - the results are there to see in the workmanship all around our house. We would recommend Dorking Design and Build to anyon”

“We worked with Hatfield-Marcus on the renovation of our London flat and we can not recommend them enough. Living overseas we needed someone flexible and reliable to manage the project and Mark did exactly that. At the start of the project Mark requested different design ideas (paint colours, kitchen styles etc.) so he could get a better idea of what we were looking for, from there Mark was absolutely amazing sourcing everything for the flat, he searched for the absolute best value, even finding our amazing black sink and kitchen extractor fan on eBay! Mark and his team put in a new kitchen, re-finished and painted all the walls, restored the frames of a few old wooden windows and updated all the lighting and finishings in the flat. Mark kept in constant contact during the project, sending photos and video of the progress which we always loved seeing especially since we are not there to visit. When we invited a few estate agents over to value the flat we were delighted with the positive feedback, one of them even asked for Mark's details as they felt he had done such a great job! We are absolutely delighted with the work done by Hatfield-Marcus and would highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone looking to have work done on their home.”

“We instructed CDMS in early July to remodel our 1980's semi detach house. We wanted to create an open plan living, dinning, cooking area. Where we can entertain our friends and family. Attention to detail is was very important to us we wanted a high end finish. Tony and his team, were clean, tidy, and respectful at all times. They helped guide us whilst making decisions, on materials and finishings. Nothing was too much trouble. It has been a pleasure working with them, and their excellent work has resulted in us owning our dream house. We couldn't be happier!”

“From the outset of the project and throughout, a totally friendly and professional service. Was impressed with the clear explanation of the plan of the project stages. Consultations were detailed, knowledgeable and informative. During the planning stage appointments were arranged promptly and conveniently which I very much appreciated. The supporting literature and IT portal to allow me to track the project were excellent. I could review any plans and documents related to the project with ease at any time.
