“From the first meeting to the last snagging session Jake from Maplecroft Construction has been professional, and really helpful. We had the rear of our home ( conservatory, utility room and kitchen) rebuilt and fixed seating constructed in the courtyard with a planter trough. The project was planned and work completed within budget and timescale to a very high standard. This included all surveying, building control, solving draining issues and full electrical certification.”

“An excellent finish to my bathroom. A few structural problems occurred due to bad workmanship in the past, but all the problems were sorted out at little extra cost to me. All work was completed on time and all the workers were very punctual, tidy and trustworthy. Would recommend the company to anyone who wants a good job done for a reasonable price.”

“Adam and his team are professional, extremely polite and very skilled. I have used them several times now. In my experience, they are happy to tackle jobs that others are too frightened to attempt. “Having seen the standard of work first hand from Goodwood Fitch at a friends property, involving a major refurb', I had no hesitation in asking them to carry out contracting work at my property (albeit a much smaller affair) and on the land at end of the property. The job involved: Building a new boundary brick wall. Bespoke trellis and garden gate. Redesigning & extending a work studio. Building a decking/seating area. Their attention to detail and workmanship was first class. Lots of ongoing communication. Always punctual and always very polite. Nothing too much trouble. They offered exceptional service and have been back to the house to sort out other minor problems. If we were to do any further major work to the house I would not hesitate to ask them for a quote, and would have every confidence in the professionalism and quality of their work.”

“I viewed the renovated property on the market (for sale) and was impressed with the quality of the workmanship and finish in the rooms. The additional rooms were a good size and in keeping with the rest of the house. The kitchen layout maximised cupboard space but still created a light and airy space. The bathrooms were finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend this team for your project.”

“Balma Building Services were brilliant for our house refurbishment in Hither Green, Lewisham. It was my Wife and I's first house refurbishment, so was close to our heart to succeed. Joe Stammers is very personal, with a great "Get the Job done" mentality and commercial reasoning gets the project to work for his clients. I work for a major London residential property developer and think the quality of finish was fantastic. I would highly recommend Balma Building Services.”

“Amazing! Nico has so many great design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. He kept us up to date of what was happening with the work all the time. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that we were happy with what was happening. We are so pleased with the extention which was a beautiful kitchen/breakfast room, and the new family bathroom. I can not recommend them enough.”
