Katherine sourced a good selection of floor and bathroom tiles and new carpets and had them expertly fitted. also, bespoke bedheads and beautifully fitted sofa cushions to go on the sofas she purchased for us. Life was made so much easier as Katherine managed the builders onsite and ordered the kitchen and bathroom for us and brought together the work on time and on budget. She is a very diligent professional who I would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Last year we employed GE Construction Ltd to build a kitchen extension and patio area, and I must say we are delighted with the end result. Gary Earp wasn’t known to us before we employed him and from his very first visit it was very obvious to us that he was very professional, had very high standards and high expectations from his team. We discussed our plans in depth and everything went like clockwork under Gary’s supervision. We were initially worried about having a team of tradesmen around the house for three months however it was no problem at all. The team arrived promptly at 8.00 am every day and left at 4.30 pm leaving everywhere clean and tidy. There was no smoking on site and no bad language. His team were very polite, considerate and conscientious taking great pride in their work. Gary was always around and was happy to help with any queries that we had and to advise us on any issues that arose during the project. Since the extension was completed Gary has been back to check that everything is o.k and for piece of mind we know he is only a phone call away. “We instructed David to obtain planning permission for a two story extension we needed due to our kids getting older and needing their own space. David came back to us with drawings quickly which we approved and were submitted to the council. They initially came back with objections which we weren't happy with and David built a case to object to them.
