“The company has acted already for us on two major refurbishment projects completed at just under £500000 cost in the last three years and are now giving us advice on two other larger flagship properties we own to convert commercial space into residential where we as a private fund own a portfolio of property We have found them very responsive and have always given us very good advice along with project management and design in often complicated situations They helped us enormously in obtaining listed building consent and other planning uses for alterations on two of our buildings despite one, very difficult Council They have also suggested and appointed contractors for us and supervised them We have too found their fees reasonable and competitive so we have only very good recommendations to make about the company”

“My property has been enhanced considerably by buildings designed by Studio Four Point Ten. My new summer house/cabin, greenhouse and carport have been met with universal approval from everyone, usually eliciting a “wow” on first sight. The buildings combine style with practicality. They are gifted designers with flair and an unfailing eye for detail. I have no hesitation in recommending Studio Four Point Ten.”

“Our requirement was a bit unusual as we needed to fit a new structure onto the rear of the house without compromising existing windows, and to create a novel and dramatic structure with ‘wow’ factor whilst transforming the overall look of the rear elevation. Where two previous architects had failed to find a solution that we liked, Lizzie took us through a layered process that ultimately delivered an exciting and unique solution. Through this, she developed a good understanding of what we were trying to achieve and we are delighted with the resulting scheme. Lizzie provided an excellent drawings pack that our builders rate as the best they have seen, and was highly effective at working through detail with us and the builders and key suppliers to ensure no issues or surprises as the build progressed. The final result certainly met and exceeded our expectations. Strongly recommend.”

“DHV Architects have designed a single storey rear extension, double storey side extension and internal remodelling to a 1930s semi-detached property. The design marries design and function, and is well considered for the sloping site. Communication has been excellent and the fees very reasonable.”

“A full ground floor, cellar and garden refurbishment project was beautifully and thoughtfully designed and has given tasteful, practical and light-filled results. The space that has been created and the use of the light in the house has far exceeded our expectations. Vicky, Tom and the whole team were outstanding from the outset. Our lead architect, Rachel, in particular showed prodigious attention to detail in the execution of the project and her diligence, creativity, great style and excellent communication with us made the whole experience collaborative and enjoyable. It has resulted in a house fully reflecting our needs and preferences, but with the addition of many clever designs. Unreservedly recommended.”
