“Working with Chris, Paul and the team on our bathroom was a great experience. They understood our brief well which was a bit unusual, we called it 'electro-regency' and as a result the first design they showed us was exactly what we wanted. Chris was good at the detail, arranging for elements that didn't come out of the box to be made bespoke for us, for example we needed a gold electro-plated toilet flush which was all executed well. It took longer than anticipated from start to finish but the time was worth it because ultimately this was time spent on attention to detail. I would recommend for anyone looking to do something a bit unusual and unique to them.”

“Thomson Properties undertook a total refurbishment of a large bathroom. The work commenced and completed exactly to the schedule agreed prior to order. Their technicians were excellent; always on time, quiet, respectful and cleaned up at the end of each working day. Jamie Thomson checked the progress of the work regularly and asked during each of his visits if we were satisfied. During the course of the work the technician suggested minor alterations to the design which were practical and an improvement to the proposed layout. We had a very minor issue occur in the period before Christmas which I expected would not be resolved until after the holiday but I was very pleasantly surprised when Jamie phoned to discuss the issue he sent a technician within an hour to attend to the matter. The final cost was as agreed initially with one minor item of extra work which had been discussed and instructed during the work. We are very pleased with the standard of workmanship. We have no hesitation in recommending Thomson Properties.”

“Louise designed my bathroom and can I just say I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. She took the time to look around my property so she could understand the look and feel I preferred, carefully consulted with me on her proposals as well as challenged (which I really valued) and as a result designed my new bathroom to an exceptionally high standard which people still continue to comment on. I couldn't recommend her more highly she is a very gifted designer.”

“I hired hbc for bathrooms to completely renovate my bathroom having been impressed by their sense of knowledge, experience & true commitment when visiting their showroom. Everything indicated quality with high levels of service together with the design excellence of the products to be fitted and their bathroom design concept. As the work proceeded the degree of forward thinking, oversight of the work and communication with me the customer was excellent. There was great attention to detail and the end result exceeded my expectations. Most of all I found all of the staff involved to be friendly, engaging and professional. A job very well done!”

“The project was knocking through from the kitchen into living area to create a modern large kitchen/diner/living space. This was essentially a reset of two rooms - and included: - gutting both rooms - stripping old decor - leveling floors and walls to make good - removing old airing cupboard to add space to kitchen (closing off doorway) - new plumbing, electrical and gas work - fitting new modern kitchen including appliances - new radiator and covers - painting, decorating (wooden floor laid by different contractor) We are probably a refurbish firm's worst nightmare as we spent so long planning the look of our new kitchen/diner and had extremely high expectations in terms of the finish. Mulcare-Ball exceeded our expectations in every way. Such a lovely team of people that worked so hard to keep us happy. They left the site immaculate each day and were friendly, funny and a joy to be around. They made living through a month of building work as pleasant as it could possibly be and were so sweet with our two tiny children. The result here is seamless. Now for the bathrooms!”

“Nick Cox was not recommended to me; I simply replied to his advertisement, but I would recommend him to anyone. As soon as he spoke about my bathroom, showing me photos of work he had done, I knew he was the right man for the job. He guided me through equipment choices, interpreted my wishes, solved problems as they arose (they always do; mine was a wrongly-sited radiator) and created a high-quality room admired by everyone. It is an unfailing pleasure to use and I appreciate it every single day.”
