“Contacted Ramseys for Advice and an estimate relating to the possibility of change of use from under stairs pantry to a toilet. Realised that this could be a problematical proposition due to difficulty of diverting water to the area and breaking into sewer for drainage. Within a couple of days Coral Pegg arrived and carried out a survey of the room. Various possibilities were discussed and I was assured that the problems were surmountable. Visited Ramseys a few days later and was shown computer image of the proposal. This was agreed to and arrangements were made for fitter to visit which was within a couple of days. Costs were agreed and within a fortnight a plan of action was devised. Visits by fitter, plasterer, electrician and tiler followed and the job completed. Far less traumatic than I thought and with a high degree of finish. All waste was removed and the job left perfectly clean. I considered the costings to be very reasonable”
