I had the pleasure of working with Avbase Building Services Ltd in Autumn/Winter of 2023. They carried out extensive internal renovations works to our house and we are very pleased with the results. The team demonstrated excellent workmanship, attention to detail and were extremely tidy. They delivered a high-quality finish and completed the work on budget. Nick & his team were professional and very knowledgeable in construction and design. They came up with a fantastic layout & lighting solution for us that hadn’t even crossed our minds. Nick and his team are friendly and reliable and I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to complete their own projects.

Nick and his team did a variety of things for me. These included internal works of building and installing a large bulk head, dismantling a kitchen, installing bespoke pocket doors, building various stud walls, electrics, and platforms in a cinema room as well as managing a complete re-decoration of a 4000 sqft house I found Nick excellent to deal with, very professional, always on time trustworthy, (he had the keys to our house while we were away) and above all a perfectionist with high standards of delivering a quality job I would thoroughly recommend Nick and Avbase

We have used Nick and his team twice, the first time to carry out a garage conversation and most recently to fix our porch. The garage is now a superb home office and yes thanks to Nick that the project was managed so smoothly and on budget. Prompt, polite and professional throughout we were delighted with the results. I have no hesitation recommending.

Nicks company has renovated 3 shower rooms for us and redecorated inside and out. He has been professional clean and all work has been finished on time to a high standard. I would highly recommend Nicks company.

We had wanted our old en-suite modernized for quite a time ; we chose Nick from Avbase Building Services Ltd. from his good references. He replied promptly - we knew the " look" we wanted and he was extremely helpful with ideas of designing which he accomplished perfectly, finding all the required items, Once the old en-suite had been ripped out, Nick gave careful consideration into maximizing the floor space, which he did very successfully. We originally wanted floor tiles instead of lino, however, under our old tiles the floor was unstable! After a lot of thought, Nick wanted to give us what we really wanted, so he virtually rebuilt the floor- the result was great and the new tiles were laid as we had wanted. All the tiling was exceptional, very well done, the shower and all items with which we are very pleased. While proceeding, he informed us of each step ; we found this important, causing no stress. His manner was most agreeable , work excellent, and Steve, his colleague, was also efficient in every way. We would highly recommend , for the pleasant manner, reasonable prices and tidiness. We are so pleased with the new en-suite - it looks fantastic with quality workmanship and an excellent finish. [ Definitely have him again in the future - tea and Jaffa cakes provided!!!!! ]. We have done a lot of different jobs with Avbase from renovating our bathroom to taking out walls and decorating and the end result was always beautiful! Unique approach and out of the box thinking is what Avbase is all about. They will be able to advise and come up with the best options for you to get the end result that you need, saving you time and money. We will definitely continue to use them again and again and would recommend to everyone. They are accommodating, efficient and friendly!

Nick was meticulous in every aspect of the project. He provided us with detailed estimates that were updated after each change or amendment we made to the specified work. This meant all parties knew where they stood regarding what was to be undertaken. Nick was always willing to suggest alternative solutions or designs to any changes we wanted to make as the project progressed. He was also happy to accommodate any alterations we decided upon once the work was underway. Nick was thorough with the physical side of the project, even redoing some work that he wasn’t completely happy with. He does not rush through the project in an attempt to get to his next job. He works at his own pace until everything is completed to your, and his, satisfaction.
