Please be careful when using this company. Check qualifications and trade registration. I was sent a fitter to install plumbing who only had "experience" (their words not mine). They refused to send someone of authority to look at my job when things started to go wrong and I developed concerns. If I had not complained they would have been content to leave me with a disgraceful finish to a light switch where they plugged a huge gap with mastic. The electrician returned and merely shrugged his shoulders saying he was not a plasterer. This was rectified of sorts but I still do not have a smooth finish to my plaster around the switch.. They did not like me complaining and I could sense that I was becoming an irritation to them. I never signed it off and still have a plumbing problem they refuse to finish, making the assumption that everything was ok based on the fitters report instead of a project manager attending. They refuse to give me a refund believing that I am someone complaining unnecessarily. A list of failed appointments. I have to say that after a lot of badgering I do have a good looking bathroom with some minor unfinished matters but a job that was supposed to take 8 working days ended up taking 43 working days. The extended length was because of their failing to meet appointments and dramatically over-running on the project. I had run out of time off work and they had to fit in with my time off. My wife and I certainly lost the "WOW" factor as we had to deal with the project ourselves, being left to mediate between their office and the fitter. The Managing Director Mr Iain Forsythe now refuses to answer my letters.

The Good - The sales man and the design were very professional and we thought the tiling in the showroom were excellent so decided to go ahead. The Bad - Unfortunately with the exception of the tiler the workmanship was appalling, everything put in the wrong place, wonky boxing, holes filled with plastic bags, failiure to replace damp and moldy plasterboard and failure to use manufacturer recommended products using cheaper alternatives. The Ugly - Very poor customer service and totally disorganized, 3 months in and we still do not have anything complete or installed with no indication of when the work will be completed. All trades complain of being overbooked and unable to complete jobs in time allotted. I strongly recommend that you run a mile from this firm. Now three and a half months since I posted this review and 6 1/2 months since it started and despite numerous calls and a couple of visits the bathroom is still not finished, wrong parts delivered, broken parts delivered, their incompetence knows no bounds! 9 months on and its nearly complete although the bath waste now doesn't fit the replacement bath..... we still have the dispute about the moldy plasterboard being tiled over.....

I had a new bathroom. Here the experience I had: I walk into you Peterborough show room one day just to have a look. I needed a new bathroom for a few years now but not sure what to do. Annette greeted me and I booked an appointment with your designer Mark. At that point as was at no pressure in buying anything. Mark came to our house took not of the long list of requirement I have. At the end of that week met with Mark again. He got me just right. His design was beautiful. With stilll no pressure to buy, we finalise and I decided to go ahead with it all. The surveyed came and make a few very useful recommendation, I wanted the biggest cabinet which would have restricted the space for the loo. We had then this lovely fitter call Steve, who check everyday if we were happy with the progress of our bathroom. Customer service call us to let us know of a change of an appointment giving plenty notice. The floor layer, plasterer, electrician, the person who came to paint, all extremely lovely, accommodating that sometime I needed to stop them so that my 3 years old could use the loo. Everything is done, everything is beautiful and I never had such a great experience in my life. I will recommend your business and will use your business again. Everyone was so lovely, I never felt pressure at any point, and always felt that it was about what I wanted. I now love my bathroom and not a shame of it! thank you, thank you, thank you everyone!!!
