Superb from start to finish! Friendly, professional staff. Could not recommend more highly. We are absolutely over the moon with our new bathrooms.

We chose Bathrooms of Cowbridge to refit our main bathroom and en-suite after seeing some of their projects online, and we were not disappointed. We visited the showroom to look at bathrooms while walking in Cowbridge. Charlotte was very friendly & helpful, she went through the whole process from design to supply. They had a wide range of very good quality bathroom fittings and accessories, Charlotte provided great knowledge and advice to help us in making our decisions. After a site visit, an amazing design was provided and explained in the showroom. Charlotte went through the design, ordering process, and provided quotations for fitting if we needed it too. We are extremely happy with the level of service provided by Charlotte & the team and would highly recommend Bathrooms of Cowbridge Ltd.

My 23 year old bathroom needed to be future-proofed. Charlotte and Hollie completely redesigned it into a stunning, modern, easily accessible place. They included all the elements I wanted to retain, and the new ones I had chosen from the showroom. The fittings are beautiful. It was all pulled together with flare and imagination - just as I had requested when I first walked into the showroom. There were some difficult hitches along the way, but CoB called in an expert plumber and they were resolved. The fitters worked hard on others until everything was in good order. Rob and Corey, the fitters, were very pleasant, clean and careful around my home. One year on the bathroom looks like new Thank you to all.

Our experience with Bathrooms of Cowbridge has been nothing but 5 stars from start to finish. Every member of staff from the designers to the installers have been helpful, polite, friendly and professional. Our tired bathroom was brought to life from our wishlist and we can't wait to do our ensuite with them. Rob & Corey were extremely hardworking & precise with their work. Great service! Their team were excellent, efficient and respectful. The space we worked on was a downstairs cloakroom. It was an awkward size and shape, but Bathrooms of Cowbridge maximised the little space we had and we’re over the moon with the result. Highly recommended! Thankyou!

After seeing pictures of some of the work carried out by BoC we went in for a chat with Charlotte and Hollie. The showroom was pretty spectacular and the quality of every product was incredible. We agreed to letting them design a fairly small room with specific instructions of what we wanted. We also had a very tight timeline for work to start / end and they were able to accommodate. We returned to see the design presentation (by Charlotte) and it was pretty much an immediate yes. A few tweaks to make the project fit our budget and we were good to go. Work started in early March and Rob and Corey were welcomed into our home to start the project. They made quick progress in taking the room back to bricks and floorboards. They spotted some slow leaks and kept us updated as they progressed on next steps. There was good communication through Rob, Charlotte and ourselves throughout. As the new room started to take shape there were a few bumps in the road which ultimately led to a delay in completion. Although frustrated with delayed timeline, I cannot fault the flexibility and ‘care to make things right’ by the whole BoC team, the communication and the efficiency to resolve was second to none. As a small business they really cared to get this right. Very real people, dealing with matters very realistically! Throughout the project we have formed a very personable relationship with BoC and we are delighted with our new luxury bathroom. My only mark down really is on reaching desired deadline, but understand without the bumps in the road we may have achieved that. Thank you!

Bathrooms of Cowbridge completely redesigned and fitted both an ensuite bathroom and shower room. The service was outstanding throughout and the results were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and can't recommend them highly enough.
