“Working with Chris, Paul and the team on our bathroom was a great experience. They understood our brief well which was a bit unusual, we called it 'electro-regency' and as a result the first design they showed us was exactly what we wanted. Chris was good at the detail, arranging for elements that didn't come out of the box to be made bespoke for us, for example we needed a gold electro-plated toilet flush which was all executed well. It took longer than anticipated from start to finish but the time was worth it because ultimately this was time spent on attention to detail. I would recommend for anyone looking to do something a bit unusual and unique to them.”

“We appointed VIP Kent to refurbish our main bathroom which was looking dated, cheap and had a serious leak. We were looking for a travertine stone finish with a contemporary bath, toilet, sink and mirror. Vip Kent noted down exactly what we were after and came back to us with a choice of products and different price brackets for each. They also provided a 3D design of our new bathroom before work had commenced to show how it would look which I thought was very professional. The workmanship was great and our bathroom was completed from start to finish in 6 days. We are very pleased with the end result and would thoroughly recommend VIP Kent to anyone looking for a new bathroom suite. We are complimented all the time on how lovely it looks which is nice too!”

“Louise designed my bathroom and can I just say I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. She took the time to look around my property so she could understand the look and feel I preferred, carefully consulted with me on her proposals as well as challenged (which I really valued) and as a result designed my new bathroom to an exceptionally high standard which people still continue to comment on. I couldn't recommend her more highly she is a very gifted designer.”

“I hired hbc for bathrooms to completely renovate my bathroom having been impressed by their sense of knowledge, experience & true commitment when visiting their showroom. Everything indicated quality with high levels of service together with the design excellence of the products to be fitted and their bathroom design concept. As the work proceeded the degree of forward thinking, oversight of the work and communication with me the customer was excellent. As soon as he spoke about my bathroom, showing me photos of work he had done, I knew he was the right man for the job. He guided me through equipment choices, interpreted my wishes, solved problems as they arose (they always do; mine was a wrongly-sited radiator) and created a high-quality room admired by everyone.
