“I had contacted this company in early July 2015 for advice on my bathroom. I spoke to the lovely team who offered advice and recommendations for sizes of the products etc. My emails where answered promptly and phone calls where always returned. After many decision changes (on my part) I finally put in the order for my bathroom suite. Upon placing my order I was advised of any lead times on items, and also my first available date for delivery. My delivery arrived on the date as agreed, my bath packed securely in a packing crate and my sanitary wear in a separate pallet to the side. After the goods arrived I couldn't wait to open them up and get started with the fitting! The products look and feel exactly as I would have expected, the bath itself was more than I expected at such a low price compared to other people on the market. When I called the office for technical information they were more than happy to help and sent through all specification sheets that I required. All in all I would recommend anyone who is looking for a traditional bathroom suite and would like to speak to a real person on the phone to purchase from this company 10/10!”

“I have just employed Paul to refit/retile our shower-room, in a modern house near Malton, North Yorkshire. The job has been completed as desired, on time and on-budget. Although Paul is a plumber he 'project-managed' the job, arranging the tiler as he would additional contractors on a larger job, and everything was completed as it might have been with a much bigger company. I was impressed with the standard of workmanship throughout, the advice given, including photos of previous jobs in the area, and not least the way Paul kept me fully informed of progress and his intentions. Everyone arrived on time and the job was completed as promised, in spite of it proving necessary to unexpectedly repair rotten flooring. Overall, a very pleasant experience.”
