“Alan completed a bathroom refit over five days, including replacement of a shower, relocating a radiator and replacing it with a modern towel rail. He also repaired the floor and prepared it for another workman to install a floor covering. He was punctual, good humoured and polite and worked to a high standard. I am happy to recommend him.”

“I hired stu to do my bathroom and I cannot expressed how pleased I am with the quality of the work and the excellent holistic service he supplies. From estimate through to completion stu was friendly, professional and full of great problem solving ideas. During the work he was extremely respectful of my home and if anything it looks cleaner than before the work(massive thumbs up from the wife there!). I cannot recommend the Bearded Plumber enough. Top notch stuff. Thanks Stu.”

“Core and Ore advised and guided us through a myriad of materials for our home improvement projects - August 2014 to August 2016. They assisted us with sourcing suitable and beautiful choices for wall and floor tiles. We chose thin slate and porcelain sheet wall coverings, and porcelain floor tiles and also our bathroom fittings. These compliment and fit our style and the style of our house. Core and Ore had expert tile fitters, plumbers and electricians working with them so the resulting finish of the work was superb and this did justice to the quality materials that were supplied by Core and Ore. The porcelain floor tiles that were laid in 2014 throughout our home’s lower ground floor were matched in 2016 in order to continue the same surface through to our patio garden. Technical advice for the sub-structure for this outdoor room was provided by Core and Ore. All materials and any necessary replacements were supplied on time and without any fuss. Core and Ore was always quick and professional when responding to any of our queries.”
