I put in a Checkatrade request on Sunday evening and first thing on Monday morning they called and said that they had a space available today if that would suit. That was perfect - they arrived bang on time, had the parts they needed and did the whole job in just a few minutes. They were polite and friendly and I didn't even have a chance to offer them a cup of tea! Wholeheartedly recommend based on today's experience.”

“Geoff's attitude to this job was exemplary right from the first telephone contact. He is extremely meticulous and careful in his work, his pricing was detailed and specific about different components, and his attention to detail is excellent. I trust him totally to advise on the best way to protect valuable tiles, to make sure they sit safely on the subfloor, and his aesthetic eye is excellent too. He did a 'dry run' before fixing the tiles, in order to fully appreciate the variegation on this particular floor, and the results are just stunning. He took great care and a lot of time and effort making detailed and complex cuts around door mouldings, and pipework in a cupboard. The job took exactly the time he had predicted, and he is one of the few people I have encountered who can work and converse at the same time!! He was a pleasure to be around, very professional and pleasant, and many other professionals coming in and out of the house (2 of them also tilers) have been very impressed with the quality of his work. He was also very amenable concerning other tradesmen who were needing access around where he was working, which wasn't easy at times! This was a large kitchen floor (about 38 m2) and it's the first thing you see on entering the house, so it was hugely important to me to get a first class job done - I could not be more thrilled with the results.”
