“I had a horrible experience with a builder earlier this year, and was at my whits before I met Jake who came around on time, cared about his job, was accommodating, and provided a good professional quote. The work carried out was so on point they finished slightly earlier than the timescale and the flat looks amazing now. There were two bathroom refurbs, painting and decorating to the whole flat, installation of new radiators, and the removal of a partition wall between the kitchen and lounge. Jake also helped out with some add ons I adding in as the work went on. It was very refreshing to have someone who was very responsive, collaborated really well, and genuinely cared about myself and my partner as his clients. Would hire him again.”

“The team could not have been more helpful and the quality of the product is outstanding. The installation was on time, (although we were slightly affected by holiday period) and the standard of installation was excellent. the builders were polite, un-obtrusive, and tidied up after themselves every day. More than happy to recommend Indesign and I am sure we will use them again.”

“Friendly, professional, approachable staff. Great initial design, which proved to be hugely successful in its realisation [Julia Bunbury's ideas]. Very helpful to see it in 3D. Everything delivered on time. A few hiccups with payment. but all resolved amicably. Lights wrongly supplied, but also resolved successfully. Good advice on the size and style of toilet and basin, which we followed and found to be correct! Only slight criticism - felt a little rushed in the choosing furniture/fittings stage, but this is probably ultimately because I like to be the designer, and need to have endless time considering, rejecting, replacing and finalising design ideas! All in all, extremely pleased with the look and feel of out new shower room!”
